Loveland Business Assistance Network (LBAN) LBAN is a group of local, regional and state agencies offering assistance to new and existing Loveland business owners. Taking the initiative from the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade’s “Advancing Colorado” campaign, LBAN members can assist with questions about starting a new business or support existing businesses with questions ranging from marketing to workforce concerns.
